Sole Movement Running Program

This program provides a running specific evaluation and treatment to the large running population of New York City. Many runners perform normal every day activities without limitations, but once they start running, their pain returns. Their ultimate goal, and possibly their identity involves running for miles on roads and treadmills. Our goal is to help them reach their goals injury-free.

Muscular imbalances and improper biomechanics leading to injury can be found through a thorough functional movement screen, strength tests, and video analysis. This program focuses on:

  • Identifying faulty movement patterns
  • Improving muscular imbalances through an individualized exercise program
  • Manual Therapy
  • Re-evaluation to measure gains made to monitor each program
