We choose to see fewer patients per day to ensure quality one-to-one care. Seeing fewer patients allows us to properly diagnose and treat the cause of your pain and assess your progress throughout each and every session. We are very hands-on and we want you to get the attention you deserve!
At Progressive Movement Physical Therapy and Sports Rehab, we believe everyone deserves access to quality physical therapy. Email or give us a call and we will work with you to make our treatments more affordable.
Cost varies based on your insurance coverage and deductible. Please contact us and we will call your insurance company. Most of the time, we should be able to tell you how much each session will cost before you come in for your first visit. Our self-pay fee is a flat rate and is negotiated prior to your first visit.
No. Although we encourage you to see your physician, New York State allows patients to go directly to a licensed physical therapist without a seeing a physician first.

We do not provide acupuncture. However, we highly recommend our colleague Dr. Jihyuk Park at Contemporary Integrative Care Acupuncture.
Of course we provide a variety of manual therapies and massage techniques within our physical therapy treatments. However, for a proper massage, we highly recommend the talented hands of Nikki Yarnell LMT for in home concierge massage therapy.
Although we do offer sports performance services, we do not offer personal training. We highly recommend the strength and conditioning programs designed by these personal trainers:
