Progressive Movement Physical Therapy and Sports Rehab accepts self pay and most PPO insurance plans including United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Oxford, and many others. We do not accept Worker’s Compensation, No Fault, Medicare or Medicaid at this time.

What does this mean? We choose to see fewer patients per day to ensure quality one-to-one care. Seeing fewer patients allows us to properly diagnose and treat the cause of your pain and assess your progress throughout each and every session. We are very hands-on and we want you to get the attention you deserve!

What if I don’t have a PPO or out-of-network benefits? Don’t worry! At Progressive Movement Physical Therapy and Sports Rehab, we believe everyone deserves access to quality physical therapy. Email or give us a call and we will work with you to make our treatments more affordable.

How much will it cost? Cost varies based on your insurance coverage and deductible. Please contact us and we will call your insurance company. Most of the time, we should be able to tell you how much each session will cost before you come in for your first visit. Our self-pay fee is a flat rate and is negotiated prior to your first visit.

Do I need a prescription for physical therapy? No. Although we encourage you to see your physician, New York State allows patients to go directly to a licensed physical therapist without a seeing a physician first.

What do I have to do? Call or email us! We will be happy to answer any questions you might have regarding physical therapy, cost, and your insurance benefits.
